Weekdays 5:45am - 6:45am AZ Time

Monday: Upper Body Strength

Tuesday:  Total Body HIIT
Wednesday:  Lower Body Strength
Thursday: Upper Body Strength

Friday:  Total Body Strength


Equipment needed:

  • Dumbbells
  • Resistance Bands (click here to buy)
  • Sturdy Chair


Members have access to all live workouts and recordings will be posted and available for 48 hours.

Meet Shannon!

Hey! I’m Shannon – a busy mom of two boys, a lifelong sports enthusiast, and a Registered Nurse who is passionate about health and fitness. I know how challenging it can be to find time for yourself when you’re juggling family, work, and everything in between. I designed this virtual fitness program to give you access to fun and effective workouts in the comfort of your own home — gym, hotel room, or wherever you may find yourself. That’s why I created these virtual workout programs—to help you fit fitness into your life, no matter how busy you are. Whether you're at home, traveling, or in between other commitments, I’ll guide you through effective, efficient workouts that will help you feel stronger, more energized, and ready to take on the day.

I believe fitness is for everyone, and with the right support and flexibility, you can reach your goals—no matter where you are.
